Check out time is 12:00pm, noon
Each of our guest rooms have a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea, and a popcorn bag underneath the kitchenette sink. All complimentary!
Complimentary Internet Access is available throughout the building. Simply connect to our network “guest -internet”. No password is required.
Ice machines are available on the 1st floor (near the fitness room), and on the 3rd and 5th floors, near the north end of the courtyard and the rooms ending with 19.
Onsite self parking is available for an additional $36/night in our underground garage directly under the hotel. Parking garage is accessible via both elevators.
Complimentary loaner bikes available on level P1 of the parking garage. For days when the bikes aren’t as interesting, we also have nice loaner umbrellas available at the front desk
Roof Deck Patio- Our beautiful rooftop terrace is open from 6am-Midnight and can be accessed by elevator #1 and using the “R” button. The rooftop may also be accessed via two stairwells, one nearest the rooms ending with 32, one nearest the rooms ending with 23 (SE and SW corners of the building). We do not have a restaurant or bar, but there are comfortable chairs, tables and sofas in order for you to enjoy fresh air and the city view! Bring your coffee, tea, beer or wine to enjoy! (we have wine glasses available at the desk)
Need dishes provided? Contact the Front Desk and we would be happy to supply you with plates, bowls, cutlery, wine glasses, corkscrews, flower vases or anything else you may need!

Miscellaneous board games available at the front desk
Fitness Center- Get in a good workout at our fitness center featuring cardio machines, exercise balls, mats and cold water available throughout the day.
Self serve coin-op laundry services available on the 1st floor. We have individual laundry soap available at the front desk as well!
While we don’t serve breakfast ourselves, next door is Starbucks Coffee. They’re open daily from 5:30am-early evening.
Looking for something else, there are dozens of other restaurants and bars just within a block distance. We’d love to recommend something! (Check out the “Dining Options” QR code)
Looking for a nearby store for your beer/wine/liquor needs? Safeway is just one block away and has a large selection. Metropolitan Market is also within walking distance and has a great selection as well!

We’ve got a few perks to make your stay extra comfy and convenient. Here’s what’s available during your visit:

Free Bike Rentals

Explore Seattle like a local! Bikes are available daily on a first-come, first-served basis. Just swing by P1 in the garage to select a bike or bikes, then come to the front desk with the numbers. We’ll be happy to sign you out, helmets and locks included. All totally free.

Rooftop Deck

Take in the city views from our cozy rooftop patio, open from 6am til midnight every day. It’s the perfect spot to sip a drink, snap some pics, or unwind after a day of adventures. The Front Desk has wine glasses, cork screws, and various other items available at no additional charge!

Lobby Coffee and Water station

Grab a complementary cup of coffee or infused water at your convenience.

Parking

Onsite self parking is available for an additional $36/night (plus tax) in our underground garage directly under the hotel. Parking garage is accessible via both elevators or two convenient stairwells. Limited overheight parking available. Parking is first come first serve, though rarely full.

Rate: $36 (+tax) per night
Includes: In & out privileges until 2pm on day of departure.

Please stop by the Front Desk for a parking pass to display in your vehicle.

Guest Laundry

Limited coin-op self-service laundry is available if you need to freshen up during your stay. Detergent is available for purchase at the Front Desk.

We are a 100% smoke free facility (and have always been so since construction). We are unable to accept pets at our hotel.

Luggage Storage

Need a place to stash your bags before check-in or after check-out? We’re happy to hold them for you at the Front Desk – no charge.

We have items like shaving kits, sewing kits, toothbrushes, plates, utensils, bottle openers, and other various items available at the Front Desk.

Airport Pick-Up & Drop-Off

We work with a trusted third-party car service for direct rides to and from Sea-Tac Airport (surcharge).

Pricing:

1-3 passengers: $68 flat rate
4-6 passengers: $95 flat rate
7+ passengers: inquire with the Front Desk

Additional Info:

$3 surcharge if paying by credit card
Car seats available upon request – $10 each
If you have 3+ large suitcases, a larger vehicle may be required

Note: These rates are comparable to Uber/Lyft or taxi fares, which can fluctuate between $60–$100 depending on time of day, traffic, and demand – but our service offers a set price with no surprises.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reserve your ride. Same-day requests may be accommodated depending on availability – just ask!

Cruise Port Shuttle Service

Headed to Pier 66 or Pier 91? We offer a convenient shuttle option for cruise guests.

Cost: $10 per person
Destinations: Pier 66 (Bell Street Terminal) & Pier 91 (Smith Cove Terminal)

Important Notes:

Sign-ups are taken at check-in only (not in advance)
Be in the lobby 5–10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up
The driver will come inside to confirm your group before loading, though on busy cruise mornings a member of the hotel’s staff will be in the lobby handling logistics and making this worry-free for you.
